Responsibilities:


  • Plan, organize, monitor, and coordinate hardware development teams for projects related to future propulsion systems.
  • Prepare highlevel deliverables to meet the needs and requirements of the projects.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
  • Utilize your knowledge and experience in hardware projects to ensure quality and compliance with required standards.
  • Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders, both internal and external (national and international).
  • Management of externally supported development projects, from writing proposals to interfacing with the client, supported by the technical team.

Required competences:


  • Proven experience in coordinating and managing hardware development teams in complex projects.
  • Previous experience in hardware projects, demonstrating the ability to tackle technical challenges and meet established deadlines.
  • Proficiency in the English language, both spoken and written, to effectively communicate in an international environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure successful project delivery.
