    Zu deinem Arbeitsfeld:

    In dieser Rolle wirst du mit einem zugewiesenen Portfolio bestehender und neuer Kunden zusammenarbeiten, um ihnen bei der Entwicklung ihrer ersten Online-Werbekampagnen zu helfen, die einen erheblichen Einfluss auf ihr Geschäft haben können. Du bewegst dich in einem KPI-getriebenen Arbeitsumfeld, in welchem du auf individuelle Ziele hinarbeitest sowie als Teil eines Marketing-Teams übergeordnete, kollektive Ziele anstreben wirst.

    • Du arbeitest als vertrauenswürdiger Berater mit Kunden zusammen, um gemeinsam mit ihnen PPC-Kampagnen zu starten und zu entwickeln
    • Du erkennst und verstehst die Bedürfnisse und Ziele des Kunden
    • Neben der Betreuung bestehender Kampagnen forcierst du auch die Ausweitung des Marketingbudgets deiner Kunden (Upselling)
    • Du scheust kein Telefonat und kontaktierst täglich dein Kundenportfolio

    Zu unserem Angebot:

    • Vollzeitstelle (39h pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag)
    • Gehalt: 24.310€ brutto/Jahr (Grundgehalt) + bis zu 4.290€ brutto/Jahr als Bonus
    • Langfristiger Vertrag
    • 3 Wochen intensives Einführungstraining zu den Produkten und spezifisches Verkaufstraining
    • Relocation-Paket:
      - Flugticket
      - Unterkunft: Schönes Einzelzimmer für deinen ersten Monat in Barcelona in einer Residenz mit Fitnessstudio, Schwimmbad, Cafeteria ODER 600€ finanzielle Unterstützung
      - Unterstützung durch eine private Krankenversicherung

    Zu deinem Profil:

    • Bachelor-Abschluss oder gleichwertiger Abschluss (MA/MSc-Abschluss in Marketing, digitalem Marketing oder Kommunikation kann ein Plus sein)
    • Mindestens 1-2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb und/oder in der Online-Werbung
    • Ausgeprägtes Streben, definierte Ziele (KPIs) in Bezug auf Produktivität, Bereitschaft, Nachhaltigkeit, Aufgabenpunkte, Compliance und Kundenzufriedenheit zu erreichen oder zu übertreffen
    • Ausgeprägte mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, um am Telefon argumentieren und überzeugende Angebote verfassen zu können
    • Starkes Zeit- und Aufgabenmanagement
    • Deutsch als Muttersprache
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
