Responsibilities
- Responsible for the design of the Post Merger Integration (PMI) strategy
- Responsible for the execution of the Integration Plan of newly acquired Affiliates
- Central point of contact with PLG's and Affiliates support function point of contact
- Responsible for aligning the Value Story and executing the Communication Plan of the acquisition
- Coordinates the business assessments with new affiliate and PLG
- Defines the integration blueprint and cascades this into an action plan within the PMI tracker
- Manages the integration timelines, milestones, budget and interdependencies
- Ensures update of PMI project management documents.
- Coordinates the integration communication and change management plan
- Continuously improve PMI tools and methodology
- Bachelor / Master in Science, Economics or Management
- 710 years with at least 5 years Consultant experience (big 4 preference) Or 710 years with at least 5 years as a Project/Program Manager in Pharma industry
- Fully autonomous in defining a Post Merger Integration Plan
- Fully autonomous in Project Management
- Solid Business and Financial acumen
- Strong communicator (written and spoken in English)
- Lateral leadership & conflict resolution
- Emotional intelligence for change management
- Adaptable, Proactive and Collaborative, with "can do" attitude
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Problem solving & Critical thinking
- Decisionmaking capability and sensitivity to escalation
