About the role developing the foundation for growth

As our Finance Manager you will be the first member of a finance team that will manage the financial management of the company and have operational responsibility for our finances, including accounting, controlling, and reporting.

You will engage into many parts of the business, both strategically and operationally, while working hands-on.

You will be working very closely with the company founders and officers. We are a growing company hence the role comes with a wide variety of financial controlling flavors.

The role is broad, and the scope can be somewhat adjusted to ensure that you can showcase all your knowledge.

What you will do

• Manage salaries, expenses, and other financial inquiries that our team members need support with.
• Analyzing and reporting of KPIs, revenues, costs, balance sheet, cash flow to different stakeholder
• Daily management of accounting, invoicing, accounts payable and receivable
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes as well as engage in the development of business plans in close conjunction with business owners and directors.
• Develop endtoend financials processes and tools to improve the company's financial operations.
• Lead financial streams of companywide initiatives.
• Be first point of contact for invoicing, bank, taxes, and auditing topics.
• Other business controlling tasks that might be relevant given your background and expertise.

What we appreciate with you

• We will need you to be a selfmotivated highly structured personality, with an eager to achieve results, but still hold a pragmatic startup mindset and actively seek support from others.
• You bring experience from financial and/or business controlling, which includes experience with SaaS business models and its revenue recognition and reporting structure, in multiple currencies and markets, and have of network with peers.
• You consider yourself an Excel ninja (that can master a Pivot and a VLOOKUP better than our COO), have good knowledge of accounting and taxation laws of Sweden, backed by relevant academic degree in a financial field.
• You are curious and eager to learn in order to develop yourself, your role and our company.
• We value that you embrace a diverse and international culture, expect that you are fluent in Swedish and English, and prefer if your primary working location is somewhere in Sweden.
• You enjoy working fully remote and have good insights into your success factors to support it.
