    Job Title: Specialist IT Services

    Location: Madrid, Spain

    Job Summary

    Clarios is seeking a Specialist IT Services to provide technical support in alignment with Clarios policies and procedures. The successful candidate will develop, evaluate, and implement systems in cooperation with business partners, install or direct the installation of IT hardware and software, and provide technical problem investigation/resolution services.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop, evaluate, and implement systems in cooperation with business partners
    • Install or direct the installation of IT hardware and software
    • Provide technical problem investigation/resolution services
    • Design, implement, and tune services for IT systems
    • Provide direction and consulting on proper IT solutions to users' requirements
    • Participate in the development of department standards and quality reviews

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology or a related field for Server Administration & Network Administration/ Apprenticeship and Trainee-Program for Client Computing Services
    • Solid years of IT working experience, preferably within a production company
    • Proven competency in IT Infrastructure
    • Strong communication, project management, teaming, and leadership skills
    • Ability to work creatively and proactively
    • Ability to collaborate with different business functions within an international matrix organization
