    Job Summary: Collaborate in defining electrical parameters of the Power Electric system for Nordex WTGs, including active and reactive power, voltage, current, and frequency. Define electrical protection concept and participate in detailed design, testing, and validation of power carrying systems. Ensure proper installation and interconnection of Power Electric System components within the WTG, with attention to heat evacuation system definition. Create system manuals, perform calculations, and write technical reports to support certification. Provide technical support to other functions during the Power Electric System lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Define electrical parameters of the Power Electric system
    • Develop electrical protection concept
    • Participate in detailed design, testing, and validation of power carrying systems
    • Ensure proper installation and interconnection of Power Electric System components
    • Create system manuals and perform calculations
    • Provide technical support to other functions

    Requirements:
    • Bachelor/Master Degree in Electrical Engineering or similar
    • 3+ years of relevant experience in a global industrial environment
    • Experience with power electric components (generator, MV transformer, MV switchgear, and power cables)
    • Comprehensive knowledge of power electric components on power plant level
    • Experience with design and simulation tools
    • Fluent in English, Spanish, and/or German
    • Proactive, assertive, and team player
    • Self-reliable, structured, and customer-oriented working mind-set
    • Strong teamwork and analytical skills
