    Job Summary

    We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive the achievement of business objectives within our Business Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in Software Implementation, Technical Training, Market Analysis, and Documentation Creation.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement product launches by analyzing market share and positioning products among competitors.
    • Analyze market competition by comparing company products and strategies to those of competitors.
    • Train consultants on various products and provide support to ensure their success.
    • Provide sales teams with strategic arguments to counteract competition actions and client concerns.
    • Create marketing materials such as flyers, leaflets, and catalogues.
    • Maintain up-to-date product-related documentation, including IFUs, MSDS, and technical files.
    • Update the SAP database to ensure reliable profitability data.
    • Maintain the Lotus database and company website.
    • Organize educational workshops, congresses, and other events.
    • Promote scientific/clinical studies to generate peer-reviewed data on products.
    • Participate in writing technical specifications for tenders.
    • Collaborate with the Logistics department to manage product-related issues.
    • Contact suppliers regarding product issues, updates, and follow-up meetings.
    • Assess product market data by interacting with Key Opinion Leaders and salespeople at clients' sites.
    • Provide tuition to all salespeople.
    • Fulfill the role of Product Specialist in product lines without this figure.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in IT Engineering or a related field.
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in the IVD sector.
    • Proficiency in English.
    • Knowledge of Laboratory Data Management systems is valuable.
