Connected to our self-care business unit, we are recruiting for a Planning Lead - EM Process Excellence who will be responsible for improving & standardizing planning processes for the Consumer EMEA region for self-care business.


In this role, you will constantly seek for improvements to make our supply chain more robust and resilient, lead or participate in projects to further strengthen our supply chain.


What will you do


As a Supply Chain Analyst you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop supply plans for EM, maintain master data & execute key planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • First point of contact to our supply points, ensure its precise operation through weekly demand and supply handover meetings and monthly operational review meetings
  • Manage supply constraints to minimize the total business impact, identify and trigger implementation of long term solutions and corrective actions to avoid a recurrence of any given supply constraint
  • Participate in the weekly Short Term Exception Management (STEM) calls with Affiliates and ensure clear and timely communication of risk and mitigation
  • Participate in the relevant S&OP/RCCP process steps and take appropriate actions to balance the mid
- and long-term demand and supply plan

  • Set and control the PLAN master data and ensure its integrity and correctness
  • Review leadtimes and Minimum Order Quantities (MOQs) with key partners to improve supply flexibility and reduce inventory
  • Lead the yearly Business Plan activity for the dedicated portfolio
  • Be an integral part of Supply Chain projects with key PLAN activities such as:
  • Develop and drive event strategies impacting the supply network setup (i.e. production location transfers, reformulation of products etc.)
  • Support New Product Introductions (NPIs) & Product Changeovers to ensure on time supply availability for launch while maintaining optimal inventory
  • Take part or lead Supply Chain (Re) design projects to optimize the end to end product and information flow
Qualifications


What we are looking for
Required Qualifications

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in supply chain, Procurement, Business Administration or Engineering with 812 years of experience.
  • Work experience in Supply Chain Planning esp External Make planning with team management
  • Very good communication in English
  • Strong analytical mind set and willingness to challenge statusquo
  • Team player with a positive mind set and abilities to connect with
  • Dynamic, selfdriven, committed and resilient
  • Able to work in ambiguous environment where all variables/deliverables are not always clear
Desired Qualifications

  • Working knowledge in SAP R/3 and OMP strongly preferred
  • ITliterate (very strong excel user knowledge)
