Main Responsibilities:
- Develop, define, negotiate, and close business relationships in the German Market through prospection activities as well as managing the leads created by the sales development reps
- Understand the needs of the target prospects and passionately articulate the value that the company's platform provides
- Performing demos
- Gathering information about client business needs to continuously shape the best solution and offer
- Brainstorming on new solutions to further develop our offering
- Play a crucial role in the company's growth strategy
Core Skills/experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Executive (SaaS company would be highly desirable)
- You have a solid understanding of how to roll out successful outbound campaigns and you are experienced with implementing and efficient qualification methodology
- Having experience with tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Loom, Excel would be a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset, eager to take ownership and make a real impact
- Lead by example: Strong sales capabilities, leading by example, goal achiever.
