Nextra works with top management and operations departments (CEO, COO, supply-chain, industrial, R&D, purchasing) to support them in the realization of their strategic transformation projects (industrial strategy, make or buy, cost reduction, product development, innovation, industry 4.0, operational performance).





YOUR IMPACT:

As a consultant, you will work with our clients of all sizes and support them in their growth and transformation projects.

YOUR ROLE:
_______

In contact with influential leaders and decision-makers, you could intervene on missions such as:

Transformation service

• Strategic framing of a transformation project
• Definition of a strategic plan to improve the customer experience
• Scaling up the Marketplace activity (Customer promise, Operating model, IT platform, choice of solution...)
• Building a process automation roadmap
• Implementation of digital solutions based on data science and artificial intelligence

Data service

• The definition, development and implementation of a data strategy (vision and objectives, impact analysis, trajectory)
• The framing and implementation of data governance
• The deployment of a data quality improvement approach
• Participation in the choice and implementation of data management solutions

THIS POSITION IS FOR YOU IF:

• Great ability to immerse yourself in various issues
• Proactivity, autonomy and sense of commitment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit
• Interested in technological levers (Analytics, Visualization, etc...)
• 2 to 5 years of professional experience in consulting
• Good analytical and synthesis skills
• Excellent written and oral communication in French and English

Salary: 36,000.00€ - 50,000.00€ per year


Ability to commute/relocate:

• Madrid: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employerprovided relocation package (preferred)
