As a PLM Teamcenter Team Lead in consulting, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of consultants specialized in the implementation and configuration of Siemens' PLM Teamcenter solution.

Your main objective will be to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the Teamcenter system in consulting projects, and provide support and technical guidance to clients.

You will serve as the focal point for project coordination and delivery, ensuring that established objectives are met and client needs are satisfied.


What this professional will be doing:

  • Lead and grow the PLM practice, working closely with cross-functional and technical teams to develop and execute the strategy for the practice
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and customers, providing highquality solutions and services that meet their needs
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring the PLM practice meets or exceeds its revenue targets
  • Recruit, develop, and manage a highperforming team of PLM consultants and specialists
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the practice, ensuring that we stay ahead of the curve in terms of technology and best practices
  • Provide thought leadership and expertise in the PLM space, staying uptodate on industry trends and developments

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in PLM consulting and implementation, with a track record of success in leading and growing a PLM practice
  • Strong knowledge of PLM software solutions, preferably Teamcenter.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Proven experience in sales and business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with a focus on developing and mentoring highperforming teams
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with crossfunctional teams and clients at all levels.
