Job Description:


  • The Field Service Engineer supports Rockwell Automation Customer, Field Sales Force, Industry Sales Force and other Customer Support and Maintenance staff by interpreting complex technical information providing systems programming assistance, informal product/system training, preparing accurate definition and specifications for integrated component systems quotations, troubleshooting, fault finding and coordinates hardware, software system projects and attends to emergency callout situations.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical assistance for Rockwell Automation and 3rd party equipment.
  • Provide skills to meet individual customer needs.
  • Maintain a good relationship with the customer during and after the completion of the services.
  • Expectations:
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Available to travel in Iberia 40% of the time (Short term assistance)

  • ControlLogix / Compact Logix
  • Factory Talk View, historian.
  • Architecture Drives. PF755, PF75
  • Component Drives. PF523, PF52
  • Motion Products. Kinetix family, PF527, PF755.
