At La Sala Group, we are passionate about providing exceptional gastronomic experiences to our customers.

We are looking for a highly organized and customer-oriented Reservations Manager to coordinate and manage bookings across all our restaurants.

This position is crucial to ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for our diners.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage all bookings efficiently and effectively, using reservation systems and technological tools.
  • Coordinate with restaurant staff to ensure proper allocation of bookings and maximize capacity.
  • Follow established procedures to confirm, modify, or cancel bookings according to company policies.
  • Maintain accurate booking records and generate periodic reports on booking activity.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in similar roles, preferably in the restaurant industry.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English at a minimum.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Great attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Flexibility to work variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Tipo de puesto:
Jornada completa, Contrato indefinido

Sueldo: 1.800,00€-2.200,00€ al mes
