YOUR TASKS:

Within the Legal department you will be involved in the follow-up of various case files in direct contact with the Legal Business Manager, the Compliance teams and the General Management.

You will mainly be involved in:

Negotiation of investment services contracts on the basis of validated templates (e.g. corporate brokerage contracts, structured product distribution contracts, direct market access contracts, research, general terms and conditions etc.);
Negotiation of supplier contracts;

YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:

Languages:

English:
Fluent

French:
good knowledge

Knowledge of other European languages would be an advantage.

Education:

Master's degree in business law / banking and finance. A double degree in business & law is an asset

Basic knowledge of financial products and the functioning of financial markets is a plus;
A first experience in contract negotiation is a plus
A first experience (2 to 4 years) as a Market Lawyer or Compliance Officer in a bank or for an investment services provider is a plus;
Excellent writing skills, ability to analyse and summarise, rigour, organisational skills, respect for confidentiality, adaptability, reactivity, interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team;

RECRUTMENT PROCESS:

Between two and three rounds of interviews to assess suitability for position.
