    DescriptionAhead of our Paris 2024 operations, at OBS we are looking for profiles that will help us meet the needs of the Transport area of the Games Services department, which is the department that focuses on the planning, coordination and implementation of support services, such as accommodation, travel and food & beverage to the broadcast operations of the Olympic Games.

    DutiesTransport Coordinator is the person in charge of the communication with the OBS and OCS personnel, requiring transportation in various locations of the Games and advises on the best solution (fleet, Games Time Transport Systems, etc).

    Transport Coordinator (together with other Transport Coordinators on shift and the OCOG) manages a Fleet of Vehicles for OBS and OCS (350+ vehicles).

    Coordinate, author and distribute training manuals, driving directions manual and other Games time manuals as needed;Help organize OBS Transport staff orientation and training sessions;Populate and maintain the OBS software tools (e.g.

    GRPS, OBS Motorpool software, etc.);Train and supervise runners (students) on shift;Coordinate deliveries, returns and usage of vehicles between ONS Transport, OBS/OCS departments and the OCOG;Establish and maintain communication with local authorities, the OCOG and vehicles providers in cases of accidents/incidents, fines, vehicles breakdowns, etc.

    ExperienceExperience as a transportation coordinator for large events or in a similar role.
    Experience managing large fleet of vehicles.
    High level of written and spoken French and English.
    Current residence in France is required.
    Temporary position based in Paris, France commencing in May and finishing in August or September 2024. Fast-paced and multinational work environment.
