Working with all departments for new hires across Incus offices in Madrid, Lisbon, Milan, Paris and Luxembourg.

  • Conduct new employee training and maintaining semiannual employee appraisal process, helping set individual
goals and objectives.

  • Managing monthly payroll process with the
    external provider

  • Update and maintain internal employee manuals and firm policies.
  • Oversee existing and implement new company
    benefits program.
  • Enhance communication between all Incus offices with internal newsletters and other methods
  • Oversee and manage the relationship with ETT and recruitment firms
    No internal recruitment.
