    Your Role as a Merchant Consultant

    You'll be the go-to expert for our existing business partners, helping them optimize their offers and reach more customers. As a deal coach, you'll play a key role in helping businesses thrive in ways they didn't think were possible.

    You'll re-engage former merchants with cold calls, optimize campaigns to drive revenue, build strong relationships, and hit and exceed sales targets while making merchants smile.

    We're Looking for Someone Who:

    • Has fluent/native English skills (spoken and written)
    • Has a Bachelor's Degree (preferred but not required)
    • Has success in a sales environment (cold-calling and upselling)
    • Has experience supporting merchants or customers
    • Has problem-solving, analytical, and customer service skills
