This role will be based in Madrid in a hybrid model.

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Recruiter in a global tech company
  • 2+ years of experience in interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting technical roles in the IT/DevOps/Cloud fields, such as DevOps Engineer, Cloud Architect, FinOps Analyst, etc.
  • 2+ years of experience in global recruitment
  • Indepth experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean/Xray search
  • Experience with managing hiring processes via ATS
  • Have a datadriven approach and utilize analytics to inform recruitment status and other HR strategies
  • Selfstarter with the ability to own multiple roles simultaneously and work independently
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish (additional language is an advantage)
  • Experience with "Comeet" ATS advantage
  • Experience with Google Workspace advantage

Responsibilities:


  • Conduct market research to identify and map out key talent pools, market benchmarks, and competitor landscapes
  • Manage the hiring process of assigned roles endtoend
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create comprehensive recruitment plans
  • Build a diverse and talented workforce to meet the organization's goals
  • Assure each role is posted on different platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and other social media platforms
  • Work hybrid from Madrid, Spain
