We are looking for a talented, dynamic Sales Promoter, to drive the sell-out in all Spanish and Andorran stores.

Position reports to EMEA Sales Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION INCLUDES

Approaching customers and achieving sales

• To achieve sales by adhering to Noble Panacea's selling and Training guidelines.
• Approach customers with an enthusiastic and easygoing opening
• Traffic stop with 'new' launches or marketing focused promotions etc
• Invite every customer to sit down and have a skincare consultation
• Perform Facial treatments
• Proactively organise in store events to generate business

Training

• In room and in store trainings for retailer teams
• Report on competitive training programs in the field

Business Awareness and Administration
To be fully aware of individual and account performance against target and within department.

• Complete a weekly business plan to be reviewed with RSM to compliment the marketing calendar
• Arrange tailored events to ensure business plan is delivered
• Awareness of competitor activity
• Complete all paperwork and administration required accurately and on time
• Ensure stock levels are being maintained and are sufficient for all retail expectations

Visual Merchandising
To ensure the Noble Panacea image is maximised in store.

• Ensure the counter is spotlessly clean and well maintained
• Make certain the shelves are fully stocked and in perfect condition
• All displays are strictly in accordance with Company Visual Merchandising guidelines and planograms

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION

• High School & Aesthetician diploma
• At least 4 years of experience of working in skincare
• Driven to exceed KPI's and motivated by achievement of self and team
• Dedicated to delivering a memorable customer experience
• Fluent in Catalan, Spanish and good knowledge of English. French would be a plus
• Car
• Good organizational skills, quick learner, selfstarter and highly motivated
• High energy level and positive approach to job and responsibilities
• Enthusiastic about customer service and creating a 5star customer service experience
• Full week availability and willing to travel 50%

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Barcelona, Barcelona provincia: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
