    Job Description

    The Data-Driven Retention Strategist will play a crucial role in optimizing customer lifecycle strategies, focusing on user retention. This includes developing effective engagement strategies, analyzing customer behavior, and leveraging insights to drive increased customer cross-sell to Q-commerce verticals (Grocery and Retail) and Prime growth.

    A key responsibility of this role is managing a multi-million euro budget, ensuring strict control over expenditure. This involves making forecasts to determine prospective spending associated with the desired strategies we aim to implement.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the Prime team on the CRM communications strategy to ensure business objectives are achieved. They will also collaborate with the Q-commerce team to drive category growth, increasing Q-commerce penetration through incentives while ensuring initiatives are profitable.

    This role requires expertise in SQL, Python knowledge is a plus, stakeholder management, and proficiency in Looker. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
