We are looking for you, a Project Coordinator that acts as liaison between our Procurement, Research & Development, and sustainability teams.
In this position you will be to ensure that procurement effectively supports projects driven by or involving R&D such as new solution development projects, chemicals management projects or/and alternate raw materials process.
You will have the unique opportunity to report to our Director of Procurement Excellence & Transformation and work closely together with all parts of the business-like commercial, finance, external suppliers, collaborating with other colleagues from all over the world.
You have a global approach and are comfortable working with many different cultures, and continuously optimize our indirect spend in this area.

- Supporting the developing of new Solution development, getting stuff done on time, stepping up on how we challenge cost levels of new solutions.
- Participating proactively in the execution of raw material projects and other initiatives that require procurement support.
- Continue sustainability projects while providing ad hoc support in supplier screening and risk assessment.
- Collaborating with procurement team members worldwide to ensure the supplier base is prepared, punctual, and capable.
- Representing procurement and communicating its stance on the go/nogo decision for each project brought to the gate meeting.
- Supporting and analyzing sustainability projects.
- Management with both internal and external stakeholders
- Academic ́s degree or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical engineering or similar Engineering is appreciated.
- Validated experience in project management.
- Able to communicate in a clear and consistent way both verbally and in writing in English.
