- Designing e-learning courses based on business needs.
- Manage and coordinate external training courses and providers.
- Make learning and development reports.
- Keep our LMS (Volotea Campus) updated with the sessions of trainings planned for the year.
- Take ownership of all the FUNDAE process, through our Learning Platform and our partner.
- Coordinate workshops and team building activities.
- Coordinate the agenda of trainers and participants to ensure trainings are delivered as planned.
- Identifying, designing, developing, and implementing effective learning and development initiatives that support the business needs.
- Content creation, learning assignments and new curricula development on Campus Volotea.
- Design and create internal content as training manuals or online learning modules.
- Follow up and evaluation of learning and development initiatives regarding business KPIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Audiovisual Communication, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
- 1-3 years involved with Learning Management Systems.
- "People First" mindset.Good team player, approachable and able to create excellent relationships with the stakeholders.
- Excellent written and oral communication. Able to communicate with empathy with colleagues and internal customers at all levels of the organization.
- Goal-oriented, creative, innovative, self-driven and organizational skills.
- Computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
- English fluency.
- Skills on video editing will be highly valued.
- Skills on designing online courses using Articulate are a plus.
- Knowledge in Training Reimbursement Process (Fundae) will be highly appreciated.

After over a decade in the skies, we have now flown close to 60 million passengers. Today, we serve over 100 destinations in 18 countries, actively consolidating our position among the top European airlines in the industry.
In recent years, we have raised our travel capacity more than most competitors, increasing our number of aircraft, routes, destinations, employees, and markets.
