Main tasks

  • Understand the processes supporting each of the Back Office subareas (Finance, Controlling, HR, Communications and Legal)
  • Coordinate the resources under his/her command
  • Link with Business Units and Functional Area leaders
  • Plan projects in the Back Office area
  • Manage external IT partners supporting Back Office solutions and processes.
  • Support Controlling, Consolidation & Planning Processes implemented in SAP BPC
Requisitos mínimos

Ideal educational background, experience and languages

  • 10+ years' experience in SAP BPC Solution and Controlling, Consolidation & Planning processes.
  • 10+ years' experience in Finance Consultancy
  • Certifications will be considered
  • Strong project management capacity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across multiple organizations and teams
  • Organized and detail oriented with proactive attitude
  • Fluency in English (French/German/Italian will be an asset)
  • Analytic capabilities and structured way of thinking
  • Rigorous with information management

  • Strong problemsolving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Selfstarter who demonstrates leadership skills and takes initiative
  • Strong documentation, communication (e.g., written and verbal) and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management skills.
