Your mission

  • You are our main person "on the ground" in Spain and lead our initiative to establish comunicasa (our casavi brand located in Spain) in the property management industry. You achieve this by sourcing and acquiring our first accounts
  • You are responsible for the sales of our solution in Spain and report directly to our Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) with the opportunity to build a local team and progress to a country manager position
  • You will work closely with our marketing, product and customer service teams to secure their active participation required to facilitate our successful market entry
  • You will liaise with external sales development agencies to accelerate the building of our sales pipeline in Spain
  • You will identify potential customer decision makers, identify their challenges and convince them of the advantages of our solution through video conferences and personal presentations
  • You will conduct demos, webinars and presentations at events to generate leads and attention
  • You will initiate new partnerships around our product and qualify their potential and professional fit
  • You will lead contract negotiations with partners and develop them according to our company standards together with our central partner management team

Profile:


  • You have worked in the real estate/property management sector for several years and are familiar with industry specifics as well as key stakeholders
  • You have experience in sales or business development, ideally in the real estate or technology sector
  • You are communicative, have strong organisational skills and are able to quickly establish goaloriented cooperations with different stakeholders
  • You are a native speaker of Spanish (or C2) and fluent in English; German skills are nicetohave
