With the opening of our first Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel in Port de Sóller in July 2018, we have created a vibrant hotspot on Mallorca combining high quality service & the passion for delicious food, drinks & music.

In summer 2024 Bikini Hotel Es Trenc will be opening on the south-east tip of Mallorca, in the tranquil village of Colònia de Sant Jordi.

130 guest rooms, our new NENI Colònia de Sant Jordi, bar outlets, a concept store and supermercado, spacious event & retreat areas and a lucious & magical garden area adjoining the Mediterranean sea.

For both hotels we are searching for a well-experienced, self-organized and numbers-loving accountant

You are a genius in numbers, together with our Management

WHAT'S IN YOUR LUGGAGE? YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....
- completed training or studies with a focus on financial accounting, ideally in a hotel or restaurant business (preferrable with pre-opening experience)
- experiences with Spanish and Balearic tax laws
- .USALI experienced and have worked with an accountancy, even better ERP system, before?
- ...accuracy, service orientation and team spirit to optimally support your colleagues in the jungle of numbers
- ...inspire colleagues and have good self-management, independent and organized way of working
- a communicator, doer & organizer
- ...fluently speaking English, Spanish and good German
- the more languages the better
- striving in a multicultural, young & energetic team

FROM PRE-OPENING TO OPERATIONS

Establish the strategic & operational cluster accounting management
In charge of overlooking daily operational Accounting, payable management, incoming invoices...
Create monthly statements including monthly evaluations
Develop and implement new processes and accounts receivable
Accounts payable and fixed asset accounting are no strangers to you
As a financial genius, you are responsible for reconciling the balance sheet accounts and for the daily transmission to the tax office
Be the interface between General Manager, Head Office Controlling and our external Tax Consultant
Be the master of inhouse cash and watch over it with eagle eyes and accuracy. Even the smallest deviation is recognized
