L2 Customer Service Representative for a Luxury - Barcelona, España - Blu Selection

Our client - a luxury automotive brand - is creating their Customer Interaction Center from scratch and they are looking for an experienced customer care agents to give customers the highest quality service and handle escalated calls.
For this, we are looking for someone with previous experience in as a level 2 agent in luxury customer service.
By being the first point of contact for the customers of our clients, you will be a true brand ambassador.
Your responsibilities and impact as a Customer Care Agent for a Luxury Automotive Brand will be:
- Representing our client ́s products and services
- Being the first point of contact for customers of our client
- Supporting the development of the Customer Interaction Center by introducing your ideas
- Using your communication skills to help customers with a wide variety of issues
- Assuring the customers have a positive experience fitting our clients ́ quality standards
Skills, qualifications and interests you need to succeed in this role:
- Native level of Polish with a proficient level of English
Minimum 1 year of experience as a L2 Customer Service Representative:
- Previous experience in luxury Customer Service or the Hotel industry
- Experience working in the automotive industry is a plus
- Having excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Being able to quickly understand customers ́ needs and dealing with their emotions
- Having a well organized and structured way of working
