What you'll do & Who you are

Role Overview

As a Product Manager within the Employer Crew squad at Adevinta, you will lead the development and enhancement of solutions tailored to the needs of recruiters who utilize our tools across all our marketplaces in Europe.

You work on a cross-functional team including UX/UI designers, data analysts, and tech developers to inspire creativity and deliver impactful products that streamline the job posting and offer management process.

What You Will Do

Lead the endtoend product lifecycle from ideation to execution, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders and squad members, ensuring alignment with overarching company strategy.
Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and userfriendly interfaces that optimize the recruiter experience.
Identifies user and marketplace problems/needs with the contribution of UX, Data, and business stakeholders to exploit opportunities where the product can bring value to Adevinta and its users.
Collaborate with data analysts to leverage insights and analytics to inform product decisions and drive continuous improvement; to drive execution and team alignment.
Partner with tech developers to prioritize and execute feature development, ensuring timely delivery of highquality solutions.
Removes blockers and mitigates risks during the product development process to maximise the outcome of the team.
Act as the primary advocate for the product, communicating updates, gathering feedback, and soliciting input from internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor product performance and KPIs, iterating based on user feedback and datadriven insights.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of delivering successful software products or platforms.
Strong understanding of usercentric design principles and experience working with UX/UI designers to create compelling user experiences.
Proficiency in data analysis and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Tableau) to inform product decisions.
Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences, with the ability to effectively engage with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.
Ability to translate business objectives into actionable product plans and roadmaps.
Experience working in agile development environments and familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
Passion for technology, innovation, and driving positive impact through product excellence.
