  • The BPA Process Expert is an incountry role which supports LDC Deployment activities for BPA in collaboration with functional leads and experts in and above country.
  • This role reports to the Finance Process Lead and is part of the country functional team working with above country Deployment Process Leads & Experts.

Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:


  • Support repeatable and scalable deployment of LDC Releases of Finance business processes
  • Support incountry Finance process deployment activities in close collaboration with Finance team members to ensure aligned understanding & implementation of agreed release scope.
  • Support Work with Deployment Process Leads to ensure smooth interaction of expertise areas & activities above country (e.g. NGSC/ HUB)
  • Work in collaboration with other pillars (Commercial, Operations and Procurement) to ensure integration topics are covered. Have a high picture overview beyond Finance activities.
  • Ensure adherence to LDC template and agreed LSTRs in Deployment process area.
  • Support risk management & mitigation of business implementations together with, including oversight over locally triggered projects
  • Engage with internal stakeholders on functional & deployment deliverables
  • Support user acceptance testing and Day in the Life simulation to enable local organization acceptance and support for positive "Go" decision
  • Collaborate with Functional and Business experts (~ country, NGSC, HUB,...) to achieve sustainable process solutions

Minimum requirements

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Ability to effectively manage and communicate priorities
  • Interest in project management in international and complex matrix organizations
  • Agile selfstarter, able to make decisions and drive solutions.
  • Indepth knowledge of BPA business processes and needs.
  • Ability to evaluate impacts in other areas beyond BPA and finance.
  • Fluent English
