JOB DUTIES:

  • Support tool related change management initiatives & projects based on a structured methodology
  • Identify, understand and plan for organizational and human impacts of planned IT systems, and ensure that new technical requirements are properly integrated with existing processes and skill sets
  • Plan, design, implement, deliver and manage related implementation, validation, communication and training activities in alignment with Business Operations, Process Management and the IT-Department (DITG)
  • Interact with internal key users and Process Management, to learn and document requirements that are then used to produce requirements documents, technical specifications, admin guidelines & training programs
  • Help other System Admins, Programmers & ICS colleagues during system development & maintenance and support system testing & tool validation activities
  • Consult project teams and coordinate efforts with other specialists

JOB REQUISITION:

  • University degree (or comparable education) in Computer Science, Project Management or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience
  • Minimum 3 5 years of relevant experience, ideally as a System/Business Analyst, Tool Administrator, IT Support Engineer, Change Management Specialist, Project, Process
- or QARA Manager

  • Experience with Tool Administration and/or related 1st / 2nd / 3rd level support
  • Familiar with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle
  • Experience with largescale organizational change projects and related principles and methodologies
  • Knowledge of HealthCare IT related processes (incl. Lean & Agile), systems and technology
  • Familiar with Healthcare IT related norms & regulations (e.g. ISO 9001/27001/13485, MDR, GDPR,)
  • Ability to influence others and work towards a common vision to achieve goals
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization
  • Selfstarter attitude, strong organizational & facilitation skills, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of coaching
  • Strong analytical skills, highly organized, problem solving mindset, and handson approach
  • Focused on continuous improvement in safety, quality, and efficiency
  • English verbal and written communication skills, any additional language (German, Italian, French,) is an asset
