MANAGEMENT:

Coordinar y supervisar al equipo de ventas.

- promover la imagen de la marca SANDRO

Asegurar que el equipo está formado en las tareas diarias a realizar.
Participar en el reclutamiento del equipo.

SALES AND INVENTORY

Crear un relación con el cliente, ofreciendo un servicio de calidad.,
Consecución de los objetivo cuantitativos y cualitativos necesarios,
Seguir las directrices de la Direccion de la empresa, asegurando una comunicaciónfluida entre dirección y equipo.
Gestionar inventarios y control de Stock

MERCHANDISING:

Asegurar que la tienda esta bien organizada siguiendo las directrices de la maison Sandro
