    About the Role

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at Ipc Systems. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with monthly general ledger accounting entries, including payroll, inventory, leases, and accruals. You will also be responsible for preparing monthly account variance explanations and reporting as needed.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Assist with general ledger activity questions for consolidated and statutory audits as the need arises.
    2. Prepare monthly reconciliations related to material general ledger accounts.
    3. Continue to refine the monthly general ledger accounting process to increase efficiencies and improve controls.
    4. Assist with ad hoc projects and responsibilities as needed.

    Requirements

    To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • A minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience from public accounting and/or a multinational company.
    • Excellent knowledge and understanding of US GAAP and internal controls.
    • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to adapt to change.
    • Fluent in English and Spanish.
