    Job Purpose

    Manage, service and grow the client portfolio assigned to you in the established geographical area, seeking to maximize sales and company targets.

    Together with the Area Manager, you will establish the individual objectives for your sales area and set the actions to achieve the objectives aligned with the sales strategy.

    You will also be responsible for transmitting and promoting Aliaxis group policy, generating and developing initiatives, promoting the use of the tools provided (CRM, PBI.

    encouraging positive attitudes in your area and promoting the development of the client portfolio.

    Key Responsibiity Area

    To the be responsible of specific sales region Distributor budget.

    • To manage all existing accounts even big size clients.
    • Increase the number of customers in the region
    • To generate cross selling with the rest of SPS organization and projects.
    • Collaborate with project department with engineering offers.
    • Push the Aliaxis brand with all the portfolio.

    Education Bachelor

    Working Experiencie : 3-8 years

    Management experience : None

    License : Driving Licencse

    Languages : English Basic and Spanish Proficient

    The role requires strong business and commercial acumen and experience, and the ability to deal with complex and detailed information - plus an understanding of the key commercial goals and drivers.

    • Experience in a B2B manufacturing organization

    • Strong drive, leadership and influencing skills - the ability to facilitate change.
    • ERP user Experience (preferably SAP).

    Working Conditions

    • Most of the time working on visits and in continuous contact with clients, on the road during client calls and on business trips.
    • The employee will often attend corporate business meetings (designated areas possibly outside his / her area of operation) or external offices (hotels, convention centers, etc.).
    • Employee will be exposed to travel (driving or public transport) for a significant number of hours per week.
    • The employee may occasionally be exposed to moderate physical activity (preparing a stand for a trade fair or transporting product samples for a customer visit).

    Travel

    • Employee will be required to domestic (Spain & Portugal) travel 60% of the time
    • Employee may need to regularly visit other locations for internal and meetings
