WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This role is a dynamic one, and the responsibilities will be flexible and vary depending on global priorities.

The duties of this role will evolve over time, with initial focus on the support of the management team as well as strategic projects.

You will be working hand-in-hand with the global and regional leadership team to define and realize the Tech & Digital Advantage (TDA) priorities, including projects like:

Prepare management and leadership meetings as well as global townhalls working with your operations team
Defining and launching gotomarket strategies and programs to support and build Tech & Digital Advantage offers across sector squads and markets
Building regional proposal desks with our Knowledge Team
Help shape new initiatives for the Tech & Digital Advantage people agenda, including employee value proposition, career path transfers, and learning & development
Restructure our capability chapters that drive specialized learning and development across Tech & Digital Advantage teams (traditional track, expert consulting track, BCG Platinion)
Operationalizing the collaboration between Tech & Digital Advantage and X in career paths, talent management, GTM & leadership teams

In your role you'll be driving collaboration & partnership initiatives that bring together the people and expertise to drive bold client propositions.

YOU'RE GOOD AT:

Hypothesis driven and strategic thinking and data analysis
Shaping strategic objectives into welldefined, deliverable project goals and ensuring delivery (either yourself or via a team)
Working closely and effectively with senior stakeholders
You are adept at working within a complex matrixstructured environment spanning multiple cultures and geographies
A creative and divergent thinker, you identify opportunity from the outcomes of existing case work
You are a strong project lead, identifying how best to leverage the skills and capabilities of your team and with an eye to the detail, whilst never losing sight of key goals

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS):

years of relevant experience, consulting experience preferred

Bachelor required, Master's degree strongly preferred
Digital project management experience within a professional services context preferred
Experience working in an international and virtual environment
Very strong skills in Windows Office (in particular, PowerPoint and Excel)
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)

YOU'LL WORK WITH:

In this role you will partner up with the Global Tech & Digital Advantage and Platinion Leader, the Executive Director and the global leadership teams to help shape, drive and realize the Tech & Digital Advantage priorities.

You will report into the Tech & Digital Advantage and Platinion Executive Director. There will be a junior operational support to help you drive your objectives.
