You are going to be responsible for managing asset lifecycles, ensuring data continuity, and maintaining compliance in IT Asset Management.

As the process manager, you will oversee daily activities and ensure new assets align with the lifecycle.

Additionally, you'll track compliance, escalate issues to the Process Owner, and provide guidance to asset owners on maintaining data and asset models within the repository/CMDB.


What you will do:


  • You are supporting the IT Asset Management Process Owner in establishing an IT Asset Management capability, and model process, including a proper tool support
  • You are maintaining data continuity within the asset repository (including CMDB)
  • You are managing daytoday activities of the process in the lifecycle management of assets in scope
  • You are tracking and governing compliance of the process, including providing internal quality and compliance expertise to IT project teams to help assure compliance with Axpo policies and local/international regulations
  • You are escalating any process issues to the Process Owner
  • You will deputize for the Software License Manager for daily operations such as license purchases and reporting

What you bring and who you are:

  • You have professional leadership as SME (e.g. stakeholder management)
  • You bring a profound knowledge of service management practice based on ITIL
  • You are experienced in contributing to the process design and implementation of IT asset management in a complex environment
  • You are able to use a needsbased and levelappropriate communication
  • You are fluent in English, German is a plus

Here you will collaborate with the service management, procurement, finance, and others to ensure that processes are efficiently designed, implemented, integrated, and operated efficiently.
