    Sobre el puesto:

    Se busca un profesional experimentado para gestionar proyectos de tecnología en la zona de Badajoz (Mérida, España). El candidato ideal tendrá experiencia en gestión de proyectos y conocimientos en software de gestión de proyectos.

    Requisitos:

    • Egresado de carrera Ingeniero en sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial o Informática.
    • Experiencia laboral de al menos 3 años.
    • Capacidad para trabajar con varios proyectos simultáneamente.
    • Habilidad en el uso de software de gestión de proyectos.
    • Experiencia en proyectos de tecnología.
    • Liderazgo y habilidades de gestión presupuestaria.
    • Manejo de conflictos, negociación y comunicación efectiva.

    Habilidades deseables:

    • Comunicación efectiva.
    • Negociación y resolución de conflictos.
    • Inglés avanzado.
    • Conocimientos relacionados con el ámbito del Real Estate.
    • Liderazgo y gestión de equipos.

    Funciones del puesto:

    • Gestión de cuentas de clientes: contacto directo con el cliente para dar seguimiento al proyecto core.
    • Gestión del trabajo interno con todas las áreas involucradas en el proyecto.
    • Responsable del caso de negocio, garantizando el cumplimiento de alcance, tiempo, costo y calidad del proyecto.
    • Realizar servicio post-venta.
    • Controlar la información sobre el avance de su proyecto y los recursos asignados al mismo.
    • Fomentar el trabajo en equipo y comunicación con las áreas involucradas para el logro de los objetivos.
    • Negociar con clientes internos y externos.
    • Dar seguimiento a las actividades y asegurarse de que estas sucedan.
    • Experiencia en diseño de planes de trabajo y control de costos para máxima eficiencia en los proyectos.
    • Garantizar el entendimiento de las necesidades del cliente y el levantamiento de historias de usuario y criterios de aceptación.

    Tipo de contrato: Contrato indefinido

    Rango salarial: 24.000,00€ - 30.000,00€ anuales

    Horario de trabajo: Jornada completa
