    Soughtafter Role

    We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our Design & Technicaldepartment as a Specialist. This role is integral to our extensivepipeline of projects throughout Europe.

    As a Design & Technical Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the execution and handover of multiple design hotelprojects, both existing and new buildings, ensuring adherence to RHG standardsacross all properties.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage pipeline projects from start to handover, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
    • Act as the guardian of "Look and Feel" design, ensuring brand standards are met.
    • Apply technical expertise to decision-making, considering contractual and legal obligations.
    • Provide technical support for hotel renovations and coordinate feedback from stakeholders.
    • Collaborate closely with the Area Engineer on MEP progress and procurement strategy.
    • Prepare project reports and drive initiatives to achieve Area and Hotel targets.
    • Coordinate approvals from internal stakeholders and owner's representatives.
    • Support the pre-opening phase to ensure technical readiness for hotel operations.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • National academic qualifications in Architectural or Engineering Degree.
    • 1-2 years of experience in large project management as an architect/engineer or project manager.
    • Excellent written and spoken English and German are essential.
    • Certified architectural or technical degree.
    • Must be available for travel within Europe.

    Salary: Estimated salary €60,000 - €80,000 per annum
