Key Accountabilities

The main responsibility is to provide customer care and help SD Worx's customers bring the best out of our HR systems. This includes case management, project support and troubleshooting with customers.
We work with the customer's superuser who is often an HR specialist or system administrator. Incoming support cases are those that require a deeper knowledge in our systems and as such includes troubleshooting, implementations of new functions and providing training.
In this role you must have the ability to analyze customer needs, maintain relationships and be able to communicate clearly.
Be creative in exploring new best practice solutions and ensure documentation and communication of those practices.

Who you are:

To be successful in this role, you need to understand HR processes in principle, but also have sufficient technical depth and understand of how technology supports our customer needs.
Our goal is to be the HR provider with the happiest customers.
Communication and customer service is a must and knowledge of SQL is considered to be positive.
As a person, you are resourceful, businessminded, structured, and goaloriented. You need to be communicative and have an easy time creating good relationships with both customers and colleagues. You enjoy a role where you have daily customer contact and are motivated to create added value for the customer.
In addition, you are expected to be fluent in Swedish and English.
