Required position: CONTRACT SUPPORT


Functions:


  • Understand procedures and processes and operate them to the required standard

Examples of these are:
a) Ensuring compliance to CBRE policies and procedures.
b) Ensuring that sales invoices are raised in a correct and timely manner.
c) Ensuring that Extra Works jobs are raised, billed and closed in a timely manner at the correct gross margin.
d) Raising purchase orders in line with company requirements.
e) Assist the CFM with all financial aspects of the contract eg Debt, aging and month end numbers.
f) Understanding the Key Stakeholders and their requirements.
g) Assist in the Management of the asset management systems.

  • Financial supervision: Purchase Orders (PO's) from NVS to CBRE and from CBRE to our vendors. Includes invoice management and vendor's financial queries.

Systems to be used:
SAP and CBRE tools.

  • Support the CFM in the CBRE reports (ie: ad hoc, monthly, six month and yearly contract review report among others) and during the internal and / or external audits.
  • Assists the CFM in ensuring compliance with Health & Safety requirements, including H&S reporting (eg Hazard Reporting & Toolbox Talks).
  • Support the CFM in scheduling trainings, maintaining staff records and recording absence / sickness and annual leaves.
  • Achieve results within quality & time restraints.
  • Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvement.
  • Actively participate in a diverse and effective team.
  • Convey messages and ideas clearly and openly. Involve people and influence decisions.
