As a key member of Ryanair Labs Madrid Office, you will play a vital role in shaping the safety and well-being of our organisation. With a strong focus on Health and Safety, this position demands an exceptional level of expertise and experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Technical Expert to join our team. This individual will be responsible for preparing and updating Risk Assessments, collaborating with external risk prevention services, and implementing measures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and update Risk Assessments to ensure the highest level of safety and compliance.
Collaborate with our external risk prevention service to guarantee adherence to Risk Prevention Law.
Participate in the implementation of risk prevention measures to safeguard the health and wellbeing of our employees and passengers.
Respond to queries related to Health and Safety, providing expert advice and guidance as needed.
Collaborate with Labour Inspections, representing the company as the H&S expert in Spain.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a deep understanding of Health and Safety principles, laws, and regulations. Your extensive experience in related fields will enable you to provide exceptional support to our team.

Requirements:

A degree in Health and Safety or a related field, ideally with two specialities.
At least three years of experience in related fields, preferably within international companies.
Proven track record of working in fast-paced environments, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
