    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative, reporting in the Operation Director. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction.

    Key responsabilities

    • Provide strong administrative and customer service support
    • Monitor customer growth
    • Develop customer relations to make ALP GIEG the supplier of choice
    • Ensure all sales orders are processed in time to meet deadlines and requested delivery dates
    • Respond to all customer queries in a polite, timely and efficient manner
    • Communicate with customers on daily basis regarding the status of their orders
    • Provide strong analysis support to the sales team
    • Keep your manager informed of any challenges with customers/orders
    • Analyze the open orders and inform the sales team and customers of any challenges preventing the completion of the order
    • Send bi-monthly updates to the customer and sales team regarding the open orders
    • Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, and sales team
    • Build and develop strong working relationships with customers and internal teams
    • Ensuring the logistics of every order going out for your customers
    • Attend meetings with xugodme sales team

    Qualifications

    • Experience in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
    • Ability to handle customer inquiries, issues, and complaints
    • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-focused attitude
    • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
    • Native Spanish and fluent English is a must
    • Additional languages is a plus
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills
    • Team spirit and detail oriented
