    The Role We are currently in the market for a Payroll Lead with focus on SAP HCM and Employee Central Payroll.


    Responsibilities The Payroll Lead will be a HCM / Payroll expert and be responsible for preparation and execution of payroll related client workshops.

    In addition, this person will be responsible for overall solution design and be able to perform as a solution architect when needed.

    An ability to manage, lead and mentor other consultants is also required.
    The right candidate will provide functional and technical advice to clients in SuccessFactors design on HCM / HR Payroll.

    They will be proficient in leading workshops with the client, manage client expectations and communicate to senior stakeholders on implementation progress and solution design.

    A Lead will also be expected to provide strategic advice on SuccessFactors functional applications.
    Requirements Extensive expertise in SAP Payroll with experience in solutioning using the SAP Payroll tool-set.

    • 7 years of SAP HCM experience
    Spanish Payroll knowledge
    Strong Functional knowledge of HR & Payroll processes for Spain
    Involved in a minimum of 3 End to End Payroll implementations
    Certification in SAP HCM Payroll and Employee Central Payroll
    Nice to have Experience of implementing ECP functionality, replication, PCC, mashups
