    Claims Trainee German Speaker - 6 Months

    Job Description

    An exciting entry-level opportunity in commercial claims awaits, where comprehensive training will prepare you for a role as a skilled Claims Processor. If you possess fluency in the German language, this may be your ideal position.

    Role Purpose:

    The Claims Trainee is an integral part of our CE claims hub team. Assisting with administrative tasks for European clusters, you will provide support to customers throughout their claims journey. This entry-level position offers growth opportunities and comprehensive training to develop your skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Collaborate with the hub team leader and Claims Processors to deliver claims administrative tasks efficiently.
    • Maintain data accuracy by entering claims data correctly and documenting relevant information in systems.
    • Adhere to established best practices outlined in our Madrid Hub 'Playbook' and EMEA claims processes.
    • Participate in on-the-job training to enhance technical and claims administration skills.
    • Deliver high-quality service for standard settlements and various claim administration tasks.

    What We Offer:

    • Temporary contract lasting 6 months with potential for conversion to a permanent contract.

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • C1 level English proficiency is mandatory.
    • Native or bilingual proficiency in German is required.
    • A bachelor's degree in law is preferred.
    • Familiarity with commercial insurance concepts is beneficial.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
    • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
    • Experience working independently or as part of a team with self-motivation.
