About the Role and the Team

  • In Revenue and Operations department, the mission is to promote, sell, onboard, and service the products built by our technical teams and departments. This means a deep focus on a 360degree commercial strategy that helps take new products to market and promote and maximize clients' usage and experience with existing products.
  • We're currently seeking a dynamic Platform Solutions Consultant to join our vibrant Customer Success team in Madrid on a fixedterm contract. In this role, you'll report directly to the Director of Customer Success and play a pivotal part in empowering our clients' success. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize the utilization of Adform's techstack, enhancing media effectiveness and efficiency. As a Platform Solutions Consultant, you'll serve as the goto expert on the Adform platform, offering technical guidance and acting as a key partner in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for clients. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with existing clients, providing education, proactive support, and ensuring the best possible experience with Adform products.

  • To partner with Account Managers and Sales, and other Platform Solutions team members to provide technical and functional needs assessments to prospects and clients
  • To create and maintain relationships with clients, become a trusted partner, and provide service from a technical and functional perspective
  • Act as a tech advisor and consultant. Introduce new features, technical functionalities, and best possible technical integration solutions
  • Act as a project manager. Internally orchestrate client needs and work closely with Adform's own customer service and product teams to create the best client experience
  • Attend meetings with our clients to oversee market trends and requirements, and educate them to utilize our platform in the best way
  • Conduct and standardize workshops that help to identify the value our platform brings to clients

We can grow together faster if you have:


  • A BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience
  • At least +4 years relevant ad tech industry experience
  • Experience in account management, customer support, or consultancy
  • Experience operating handson in Ad Servers or DSP, DMP (is an advantage)
  • Experience working in a crossfunctional environment across multiple regions
  • Understanding of HTML/5, JavaScript and current tracking technologies
  • Knowledge of recent market and industry trends
  • Excellent English communications skills both verbal and written
