Job summary

We are looking for a Product Marketing Director to join our Live games team. As a key participant in the broader game strategy and vision, you will own the game's market positioning, growth strategy, and the onboarding of new users. You will deeply understand our players and the market to optimize product-market fit and drive sustained growth to keep evolving Mob Control into a top title in its category.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee Growth strategy: Deeply understand Mob Control and our positioning in the market to define the most appropriate UA/creatives strategy in collaboration with the Growth leaders.
  • Generate market & player insights: Generate player and market insights by combining internal data, market research, and direct observation of players.
  • Define IP positioning and messaging: Collaborate with the studio to define the game's IP and brand identity to highlight the game's USPs and better support our Growth strategy.
  • Contribute to the game's strategy and roadmap: Using the combined vision over both the product and growth teams, contribute to building the product roadmap, with a special focus on the game onboarding.
  • Drive UA growth: Partner with the UA team to improve campaign performance by providing deep product and market insights that guide creative and targeting strategies.
  • Improve early retention and monetisation: Participate in the product roadmap with initiatives that better connect the onboarding to our creatives/UA and improve its efficiency to retain new installs.
  • Align Product and Growth: Bridge the two teams by acting as a clear point of contact that speaks the language of both teams, contributing to a better alignment.

Qualifications

  • Degree from a top-tier engineering or business school (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in product marketing strategy, performance marketing/UA, ideally in mobile gaming or adjacent industries.
  • Ability to bridge product and growth, aligning UA, creatives, and product roadmap to drive acquisition, early retention, monetization, market insights
  • Solid understanding of player insights, onboarding (FTUE), ASO, and creative strategy; experience with CRM, content, branding, or social media is a strong plus.
  • Background as Product Marketing Manager, top consulting strategy, into a direct to consumer business o with strong commercial and analytical focus.
  • Self-motivated, critical thinker, and strong communicator able to collaborate with both product and growth teams.
  • Passion for gaming and ability to develop a long-term vision for scaling a game and building an IP.
