Job summary
We are seeking for an People IT/Data Business Owner , for one of our most important clients. Your mission will be to oversee and optimise HR data reporting and IT project management within the People Department, under company-wide guidelines, ensuring robust data accuracy, user functionality, and actionable insights that align with strategic HR and operational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Ensure IT processes and systems fully comply with Group requirements in terms of Information Security and System Change Management.
- Enable streamlined access to timely, standardised reports that reduce manual input and align with company-wide HR data metrics.
