Purpose:

To provide world-class support to our clients while helping them resolve their Enterprise eTime related issues, and to manage their expectations appropriately.

This is be done by:

Acting a trusted advisor to the clients by understanding their need at hand and deadline for completion
Providing solutions in a timeframe that meets the client's expectations or a workaround if the permanent solution is not rapidly available
Keeping the client updated on the progress of the issue reported in a timely manner to manage their expectations appropriately
Increasing their expertise in a handful of topics to become SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) and sharing their knowledge with the team

Key Responsibilities:

Resolve client's techincal issues related to EeTime (time and attendance solution)
Discuss issues that are of priority to the client, help remove roadblocks and push through their resolution
Answer questions, address concerns raised by the client and suggesting the best approach to resolve them
Address client's future projects and knowledge gaps
Help peers and bring issues to management's attention
Contribute to the team's knowledge and process improvement

Education:

Required: Bachelor's degree preferred
Skills and Relevant Work Experience:
Experience with ADP Enterprise eTIME, Kronos Workforce Central, or other time and labor and workforce management software and services
Experience with Human Resources, Payroll, Human Capital Management software and services
SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience providing remote technical support to clients
Experience managing complicated calls while keeping focus on the issue at hand
Naturally helpful. Looking for the best solution for the client rather than just looking into what is requested
Team player, helps peers and contributes to process and knowledge improvement
Logical thinker, able to deepdive into issues and "connect the dots" to find the rootcause and resolve issues
