Your challenge:

In this strategic and impactful role reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will lead a team of two direct reports with a focus on Learning & Development while also driving our efforts to continuously elevate our performance management approach, career development opportunities and leadership development experiences.

Your ability to build and establish effective, customised talent development frameworks in our scaling organisation will be a critical advantage to succeed in this role.

Your responsibilities:

Continuously evolve and elevate our newly developed performance management framework by conceptualising and establishing effective approaches that serve our team, leaders and the business
Run performance and development cycles in collaboration with the people teams, ensure operational excellence
Continue the development of our recently introduced Career Growth Framework to enable competencybased development for all team members, foster usage of the framework and establish it as the goto measure for rolefulfilment
Lead a team of two Learning & Development experts to enable effective development experiences for the Taxfix team
Establish a strong learning environment that enables selfdriven development, experiential learning and coaching leaders
Collaborate with our People Projects & Insights team on the intersection between rolefulfilment & compensation
Enable exceptional people leadership based on skillsbased leadership development experiences and coaching initiatives
Drive the implementation and adoption of our newly introduced Learning Management System together with your team

Your profile:

You have experience in conceptualising, communicating and establishing talent development frameworks in a scaling organisation
You have extensive knowledge of Learning & Development principles and frameworks
You can communicate complex ideas skilfully and with nuance, and create alignment within the wider organisation
You use data to generate, evaluate, and act on strategic options and opportunities
You focus on initiatives that have a tangible impact on the business and advance our company mission
You have a coaching mindset and support people in transforming challenges into learning opportunities
You are eager to grow, challenge, and develop yourself
