    Marni is looking for a brillant In Store Client Developer & Deputy Store Manager for its Store in Madrid.

    KEY RESPONSABILITIES

    • Leading a team to transform each client experience into magical moments by creating a hand-crafted experience to drive individual and team objectives

    • Responsible for achieving the commercial targets through an efficient and effective organization of the team and a successful management of the product.

    • Contribute to improve the commercial performance through the technical knowledge of the product, the numerical analysis of sales and stocks, the rotation of the product and the supervision of replenishment and visual equipment.

    • Coach and provide feedback to the team as necessary to ensure all clients are given the highest standard of experience

    • Drive the omni-channel experience in store and use digital resources to communicate whenever face-to-face is not possible.

    • Empower, develop, motivate, and work alongside the team to drive results through delivering an elevated customer experience

    • Build a client book through establishing client relationships to drive additional traffic and create client engagement

    • Support the Store Manager in driving the store strategy to achieve the best sales performance, by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted 360° experience for the client

    • Actively contribute to the development and implementation of business action plans to enhance sales for each product category and client tier segment

    • Leading by Example demonstrate best in class sales and self leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor to provide excellent and specialized customer service and develop meaningful and loyal client relationships through CRM initiatives

    • Guarantee the efficiency and effectiveness at floor level in terms of clientelling, display, merchandise, cleanliness, grooming etc. taking action to solve problems with positive outcomes

    • Build and maintain relationships with fellow advisors by instilling a sense of belonging and a positive, passionate, forward-thinking mindset

    • Supervises the state of the stockroom and of the related stockpile, ensuring that are in line with the sales potential, coordinating the related team and keeping informed the Store Manager about adjustments

    • Optimizes the stock management and verifies that the goods handling is suitable for the sales process, collaborating with the reference employee

    • Ensures the care of all the products and materials in the stockroom, collaborating with the store team

    • Supports the Store Manager in managing all the activities related to the annual closure, category flash inventories and fiscal annual inventor


    • Ensure compliance with defined indicators (CA, customer loyalty, UPT, AVT,Action plansw, sell through, service, etc.)
    (CA, customer loyalty, UPT, AUR, ATV, sell through, service, etc).

    • Participate in the implementation of corrective and necessary action plans for commercial development (merchandising, stock, CRM, team motivation, etc.).

    • Participate in the implementation of the clienteling strategy to develop a quality customer portfolio and identify high potential customers.

    • Value retail space while respecting merchandising concepts and guidelines.

    • In the absence of the Director, organize and structure the work at the point of sale.

    • Facilitate team meetings and more specifically daily briefings and ensure understanding of internal and external messages at the point of sale.

    • In the absence of the Manager or upon request, assist her in all tasks inherent to staff management (planning, behavioral requalification, performance decline, etc).

    • Participate in the annual and quarterly evaluation of employees.

    • Participate and be a force of proposal in the development

    KEY REQUIREMENTS

    • Previous at least 5 years experience in fashion/luxury retail

    • In depth product knowledge of women universe, either RTW, shoes and accessories

    • Experience in training the team, empower and motivate

    • Results-driven and customer focused

    • Strong communication skills (verbal, in person, via email, SMS, etc.)

    • Strong attention to details

    • Available to work over weekends , public holidays and outside normal working hours
