Are you passionate about real estate and eager to learn from some great real estate minds? At Greystar, we're offering an exciting 10-week summer internship opportunity for a bright and motivated individual to join our team where you'll gain insight in to our Development and Investment functions.

In this fast-paced role, you'll be immersed in the world of real estate, gaining valuable hands-on experience in:

Financial analysis:

Learning to assess development opportunities by creating pro-formas, calculating key metrics, and running scenario analysis to inform investment decisions.

Real Estate Valuation Analysis:
Learn to dissect property values, understanding the key factors that influence investment decisions and drive success.

Reporting and communication:
Assisting in crafting compelling reports for internal and external stakeholders, including Investment Committee memos and Development Management reports.

Financial Modelling:

Increase your Excel capability by learning how to build and refine models to analyse investment scenarios and inform decision-making processes.

Market research:
Gather, analyse, and interpret market data to identify trends and support investment decision-making.

Project collaboration:

Attend meetings and observe discussions with internal and external stakeholders, gaining insights into the entire investment and development process.

Data Mining:
Learn to extract valuable insights from various data sources, using your findings to support investment analysis and decision-making.

Presentation Development:
Hone your communication skills, helping to build impactful presentations that clearly explain complex investment concepts and recommendations.

Who we're looking for:

A highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn about real estate investment.
Someone with a quantitative background and a knack for solving problems analytically.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A meticulous and detailoriented approach to work.
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate degree program in real estate, finance or a related field.
