    Pierce is one of Europe's most successful online retailers. We are growing rapidly, and are currently looking for a claims and product specialist to join our team in Barcelona, Spain.

    The claims and product team have the critical task of supporting our Customer Care team as well as the clients of Pierce. Our clients not only expect great products at the best prices, they have also come to know us as friendly motorcycle experts who love to help people who enjoy riding.

    The team will support the multi-site operation with responsibility for ensuring customer satisfaction globally and across multiple brands and markets.

    Purpose of the role

    To support our Customer Care team in finding the best solution for our customers when a claim is made and by responding to technical questions related to motorcycles.

    Knowledge, skills & abilities:

    • You are a passionate biker and can prove your knowledge when it comes to motorcycles and their technical features.
    • You have excellent oral and written communication skills and a high level of English, other European languages are considered as a plus.
    • You're patient, empathetic and passionately communicative. You can put yourself in the customer's' shoes and advocate for them when necessary.
    • You can balance the customers' needs with the needs of our business.
    • You have strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Pay attention to details and communicate and share solutions with customers and with your colleagues.
    • You bring a can-do attitude, are solution-oriented, and have a positive mindset.
    • Previous experience in technical support or claims in a fast-growing online retail environment is considered a plus.

    Essential duties & Responsibilities

    You might have different tasks such as:

    • Acting as a liaison between Pierce and our Customer Care team, resolving with accuracy and efficiency questions or issues that our customers might face.
    • Ensuring excellent service standards, and responding efficiently to inquiries.
    • Answer technical questions for customers about Pierce products through the website.
    • Capturing customer feedback and use that to identify potential improvements in our current processes, systems, product descriptions and procedures.
    • Escalating claims cases to Suppliers and maintain contact with them.
    • Making sure our internal processes are applied correctly in claims cases.

    Professional profile, competence and skills

    We believe you:

    • Are structured, organized and detail-oriented.
    • Have technical knowledge about the motorcycle equipment and parts.
    • Have good communication skills in English, both written and spoken and speak in addition any other European language.
    • Have all documentation needed for working in Spain.

    We offer a permanent contract, 39 hours/week, the salary is 23.000e per year.
